Hampton, VA, April 2001 -- Pressure Systems Inc. (PSI) has announced that it has cut its standard lead time in half -- to just 5 days -- for its KPSI™ line of level and pressure transducers for environmental and water/wastewater applications. The reduced lead time includes products with either custom pressure ranges or custom cable length specifications. PSI also offers an expedite program that provides standard level and pressure measurement transducers in just one day.

KPSI Transducers offered with the standard 5-day lead time include:

Series 700, 710, 720, 730, and 735 submersible level transducers. These devices are ideal for the environments encountered in liquid level measurement and control, such as lift station and reservoir applications. They are available in a choice of static accuracies from ±0.05% to ±1% F. S.

Series 320, 330, and 335 small bore submersible level transducers. These devices are specifically designed for small bore applications and to meet the rigorous environments encountered in higher range/greater depth ground water level measurements, including well monitoring and level and pump control.

These units feature high performance internal signal conditioning, and are available with standard voltage and current loop outputs.

The Series 169 and 173 submersible level transducers. These devices are specifically designed for liquid level measurement and control and are compatible with data loggers. They can be configured to perform to specifications under the most adverse, reactive conditions, and incorporate the latest advancements in piezoresistive pressure sensing technology including a stability-enhancing charged "Field Shield" that is vapor-deposited directly to the pressure cell.

Series 27, 28, 30, and 35 above ground pressure transducers. These devices, designed for storage tank level applications, provide repeatable, precision measurements under the most demanding conditions. The transducers are available in pressure ranges from 5 through 2000 psi, and are fully temperature compensated.

Contact PSI for specific pricing information. Delivery for the Series 700/710/720/730/735, the Series 320/330/335, the Series 169/173 and the Series 27/28/30/35 products is 5 days A.R.O.
