Hampton, VA: September 2001 - Pressure Systems, Inc., a leading manufacturer of submersible and above ground transducers, has added a temperature output option to its extensive line of KPSI™ level transducers. The new option enables the transducers to monitor the temperature of the measured process in addition to measuring level and pressure. The temperature output option is ideal for a wide range of tank and well level control and monitoring applications including oil and gas, as well as water and wastewater.

Available on transducers with 2 wire, 4-20 mA output and supply voltage ranges from 9-30 VDC, the new feature can be selected for the following submersible and above ground KPSI level transducers: Series 700, 710, 720, 730, 735, 27, 28, 30, and 35.

Operating ranges of applicable transducers are 0°C through 50°C (32°F through 122°F) and -20°C through 60°C (-4°F through 140°F).
